Terms & Shipping Rates:

When placing your order online, You will be required to acknowledge that you have read and understood the following:

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • Please note that we cannot hold orders in the store to be picked up. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address listed on the order.
  • If you have ordered a USED book and we are out of stock in "USED" we will send a new book and adjust your bill accordingly. We make every effort to provide used books when requested but sometimes they are purchased by "in-store" customers before we can pull them for your order.
  • Quebec residents will have the 7.5% PST added for any General Merchandise items that are part of the purchase. This charge will be reflected on your credit card transaction.

Shipping Charges by region:

  • E-Book only orders: have no shipping charge. E-Book access codes are emailed to you. Mixed orders have normal shipping charges applied to the physical items...
  • Quebec: $10.00 (flat rate)
  • Canada (outside Quebec): $12.00 for the first item, plus $1.00 for each additional item.
  • United States: $25.00 for the first item, plus $1.00 for each additional item.
  • International: Call us at (514) 848-2424 ext. 3615 or send us an email
  • EXCEPTION: Due to the special packaging and insurance required for shipping Diploma Frames, they cost $30.00 to Canada or U.S to send the first frame. Add $5.00 for each additional frame shipped to the same address (International shipping will require a custom quote).
  • All charges are in Canadian dollars.
  • Due to the policies of our shipping company (DHL), WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

New: Web Order Pickup Option for Back-To-School:

This is a new option which we're making available only during the back-to-school rush periods. Place your order online & Bookstore staff will gather your ordered items and set them aside for in-store pickup.

  • Available at both Campus Locations (SGW and Loyola)
  • For the 2011 Fall Term, Pickup dates are from August 29th until September 16th. Pickups are not available outside of these dates.
  • There will be a $5.00 flat fee for pickup.
    (Compare to normal shipping for orders within Quebec at $10.00)
  • When collecting your order, you must have your Student ID card and the Credit Card you used to place the order. You will also be asked to sign for your order.
  • Web orders will be available for pickup 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) after the order was placed.
